Aerobics means adapted exercises within a learning unit for an hour or an hour and a half, with aim to improve:

  • Cardio system
  • Better oxygen intake
  • Muscular strength and resistance
  • Flexibility
  • Articulation

Aerobics also means: with oxygen, within oxygen.

What do members expect from an aerobic training are:
